Insurance and Liability:
Traveling in the outdoors even at the best of times is an uncertain business, though team GIO is extremely through in its preparation for every trip there is no accounting for eventualities. Travel INSURANCE is a must and you must have a policy that provides you with the required cover, else get one for this trip. If you need any assistance towards that end either by way of information or costs we would be very happy to provide them to you. GIO assumes no liability or responsibility. However, all precautions and safety measures will be employed.

Assistance in India:
Typically our trips start from a particular place that is usually up country, but if you need to be picked up and dropped from a particular place we would be happy to do so. Also if you need any trip extensions to be organized that are not necessarily outdoor in nature we will be more than happy to put you in touch with (or arrange) some of our trusted associates in the business. In a nutshell we would be happy to provide any assistance that is required by you.

Deciding on the trip you want to take:
If you are in the process of zeroing in on a trip and would like some more information, please do mail us. Also provide us with the following basic information that would help us suggest appropriate options for you.

3. Address (with Telephone No. so that we can call back if we need any clarification)
4. Previous experience in the outdoors if any

Booking and Payment:
Once you have decided on the trip you want to make we would send you an email format of our contract that you can fill and send back to us. We require a 25% deposit on confirmation for all our trips and the balance to be paid 2 week before the trip. We would be providing you with an email receipt of your payment and a hard copy of the same before completion of the trip. You can pay us by cheque / Money Transfer in the name of " Great Indian Outdoors", payable at Delhi. We shall soon make payment possible by credit card as well.
