This weekend combo trip offers you a great trek with the experience of camping on a hill top and the excitement of downhill mountain biking.

Daanda in local language means a hill top. So this location as the name suggests is located on a hill top having a 360 degree view of the surrounding valleys & snow capped Himalayan peaks. Dashrath Ka Danda at an altitude of around 2200 mts is located in the state of uttarakhand, very close to the spiritual town of Rishikesh.

This trek is an ideal weekend trek with the start and finish point easily accessible and not too far from Delhi. Also the trail is in a totally remote region with no habitation so gives one a complete wilderness experience. Distance to the top is about 7/8 kms and can be covered easily in about 5/6 hrs. You start biking from the finish point of the trek and bike down till Gullar village, a distance of about 18 kms. People of all age group and reasonable fitness can consider this trip.
