Terms & Conditions

Rates are valid till June 30, 2008.
Full payment to be made in advance at the time of booking the trip.
Payment to be made by Cheque/DD in favour of GREAT INDIAN OUTDOORS (P) LTD. payable at New Delhi/Gurgaon.
Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.

Cancellation Policy

>21 days:
Full refund (after deducting any expenses that have been incurred for transport, etc.)

14-20 days:
75% of trip cost will be refunded (after deducting any expenses that have been incurred for transport, etc.)

7-13 days:
50% of trip cost will be refunded (after deducting any expenses that have been incurred for transport, etc.)

<7 days:
No refund

List of Essentials

Below is a list of essentials you would require at the camp:

3 pairs change of clothes ( preferably jeans, T shirt type)
1 full sleeve sweater
1 wind cheater / Light Jacket
Flash Light
Medicines, if requiring any specific medication
Personal effects
Cap
Sun screen / moisturiser
Sneakers / walking shoes
3 pairs of socks
Floaters / rubber sandals
Towel
Band strings etc for spectacles
Sunglasses
Carry your stuff in a duffel bag / soft shoulder bag or a rucksack try and avoid suitcases/ trolleys.

Mar 26	:	Kaudiyala – Rishikesh - Hardwar
From Kaudiyala it is a 35 km trip to Rishikesh. Today we will go through major rapids (class II – IV) namely The wall, Roller coaster ,Three blind mice ,Golf course. There are long placid stretches as one passes through the Gorge section of the river. Drive 25kms to Hardwar
